Brushfire Glaze | Brushfire Farms

This Glaze was inspired by Brushfire Farms' Original Chile Pequin Jam aka Ol’ Tejano. Friends in the BBQ world loved the sweet heat of the jam but wanted something that could stick to their ribs. Brushfire Farms aimed to create a truly special product for grilling and BBQ and this is the end result! From chicken to ribs, salmon to stir fry and veggies, y’all can get loco with Brushfire Glaze.

Brushfire Farms is a small business based in San Antonio, Texas. They create high quality products utilizing the Chile Pequin pepper.  They also grow their own Peruvian Aji Limon peppers and handpick their prickly pear from several ranches across South Texas.
