Manready Mercantile Refund Policy

ALL CLOTHING + ACCESSORIES that are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, or defective are returnable for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase accompanied by the receipt.

ALL APOTHECARY + PANTRY GOODS that are unopened are returnable for a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase accompanied by the receipt.

ALL MARKDOWN ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.

ALL GIFT PURCHASES must be accompanied by a gift receipt to exchange merchandise.

GIFT CARDS both physical and digital, are non-refundable.

For mail-in returns/exchanges, please contact us at orders@manready.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. Also include the reason for return, and if you would like to make an exchange, include the item or items of similar value that you'd like to exchange your item for. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
