What happens after I place an order?
You should receive two emails after placing an online order. The first will be confirmation that your order was placed. Second email, will be notice that your order is ready for curbside pickup or shipped with tracking info.
How much is shipping?
Free domestic shipping on orders over $50. All other orders, shipping varies depending on your location. Typically we ship priority for $5-10 (USD) on orders under 10 pounds. This can change depending on how close you are to our shipping location (Houston, TX), and the shipping option you select.
When will my order arrive?
Generally, the order will be made, packaged up, and sent to you within 2-3 business days of the purchase. Please note that during peek times such as holidays, we may run a few days longer. If there are ever issues that arise, we will be sure to notify you immediately to get you a more accurate time frame! Timing does vary depending on your location and the shipping option selected. If you need an order rushed, contact us directly.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes! However, if you are interested we ask that you contact us and we can work out the price for your items, and ship accurately to you all over the globe.
NEW What about pickup?
Online shopping with free 'Curbside Pickup' is available to our Houston customers. Select this option at checkout. You will receive two emails, the first being a confirmation that we received your order. Do not head to the store just yet! We will send another email once your order is pulled and ready for pickup. Call us when you pull up to the shop and we'll bring your order out to you.
What is your return policy?
If you aren't satisfied, please contact us by phone or email immediately so we can make it right. Please don't send your product back without contacting us first. We ask that all returns be sent back within 14 days of delivery.
- Only regular priced items may be refunded.
- All sale items are final.
- All vintage sales are final.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
How to make a return?
For mail-in returns/exchanges, click below to get started. In the body of the email, have the name of the item as found on packing slip, and any distinguishing color or size. Also include the reason for return, and if you would like to make an exchange, include the item or items of similar value that you'd like to exchange your item for.
