Hobo Nickel Ring | Silver PistonSilver Piston
This Dias de los Muertos hobo nickel is a true original. Hobo nickels are an American art form that started in the early 1900s and continues to be done today. SIlver Piston had this design exclusively done by Shane Hunter in Ohio.
The foundation is a brushed, 14 gauge silver band that leaves you worrying about day-to-day things and not worried about damaging your ring. On top is hand carved hobo nickel from a 1930s nickel Indian head nickel. The width of the ring is 1/2" (12mm), so it's big and solid meaning, you aren't going to bend this thing.
